Great to meet you!

Hello. I am a Clinical Psychologist who has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have worked with diverse populations at all levels of care. I have worked with all ages with emphasis on teens and adults. It takes a lot of courage to begin counseling. Each of us have resiliency to overcome the challenges life brings, but sometimes need help identifying these strengths and applying them. Some mental health concerns require specific skills to navigate them. We will develop a plan together to tackle the issues you are facing.

My approach to therapy

We will spend the first few sessions discussing your current concerns and developing a treatment plan with your goals as well as the steps to achieve these goals. I am experienced and trained in numerous evidence-based treatment approaches.

What you can expect from me

As part of the treatment plan we will identify your goals for counseling. We will work toward these goals by implementing specific treatment interventions for you to work on during and in between sessions.
