Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience supporting individuals and families who are working through depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger, and relationship challenges. I specialize in helping clients who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I work with are navigating difficult family dynamics, co‐parenting stress, communication barriers, or major life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting clients involved in court‐related or probation‐required counseling, as well as those managing medical problems.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand their emotions, strengthen their coping skills, and create healthier patterns in their daily lives. My specialty is working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage the stressors they’re facing. Whether someone is dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, or relationship challenges.

What you can expect from me

  • If you’re reading this, you may already be carrying more than feels manageable. You might be overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for things to feel different. You don’t have to sort through it alone. I offer a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, understand what you’re feeling, and build practical tools to move forward with more confidence.
