Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with experience supporting individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My background includes both clinical practice and ongoing study in psychology, with a particular interest in how the brain and body work together in the healing process. I take an integrative approach, blending evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and compassion-focused interventions, while tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each client.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and approachable. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported in making meaningful changes. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance in life, I work alongside you to identify strengths, explore challenges, and move toward growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This isn’t about rushing into solutions, but rather creating a foundation of trust and clarity.

Clients can expect a calm, welcoming environment where you set the pace. We’ll explore what feels most important to you, and I’ll share how I typically work so you know what to expect moving forward. By the end of the first session, my aim is for you to feel heard, understood, and to leave with a sense of direction—whether that’s clarifying your goals, identifying immediate supports, or simply knowing you don’t have to navigate things alone.
