Hi, my name is Lindsey Manza, and I provide therapeutic services for adolescents and young adults ages 13–26 who are experiencing challenges related to substance use. My clinical focus is group therapy, with an emphasis on supporting individuals as they explore patterns of substance use, increase insight into underlying factors, and develop healthier coping strategies.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and relapse prevention strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to increase motivation for change, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and support the development of healthier decision-making patterns.
I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to process challenges, build resilience, and work toward sustainable recovery and personal growth.
