Great to meet you!

Y'all! You have made your way over to my profile, welcome.

I am Lindsey, I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a licensed clinical addiction specialist in the state of North Carolina.

I graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelors of Psychology in 2020, and from Montreat College with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023.

I specialize in drug and alcohol addiction, codependent behaviors, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I recognize that humans are different, so my modality fluctuates based on the person, but am trained in several modalities.

What you can expect from me

My style of therapy is direct, collaborative, humorous, and meticulous. My aim is to understand you, not to diagnose you.

When I say direct, I mean that I will point out behaviors that are not serving you. This is not for everyone, but I believe it is where much of our deeper healing is done.

During our sessions, my hope is to reduce symptoms, and work from your individual values.
