Great to meet you!

Equilibrium means balance — the ability to harmonize your personal needs, relationships, work, and responsibilities while cultivating peace within yourself. In a world filled with constant stress and uncertainty, true inner peace can feel like a luxury. My goal is to help make that peace accessible to you.

Together, we will explore and process the trauma, stress, and life experiences that may keep you feeling stuck in survival mode or constant fight-or-flight. Through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, you will learn practical skills to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, shift behaviors that no longer serve you, and build healthier ways of coping and living.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)skills, and a systems-focused perspective, therapy is tailored to empower you to take control of what you can change while finding acceptance and balance in the areas you cannot.

With over eight years of experience helping individuals reach meaningful personal goals, I believe therapy should honor the uniqueness of every client. Your background, lived experiences, values, spiritual or religious beliefs, and personal goals all matter. I work collaboratively with you to create a personalized approach that supports your vision of a balanced, fulfilled, and authentic life.

Balance is possible. Healing is possible. You do not have to navigate it alone.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will build our therapeutic relationship, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify how to approach the issues by breaking it down into smaller, more manageable parts and developing a strategy to approach the presenting issue.
