Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Linet Parra Casola a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, founder of Joyful Minds. I have experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging moments—whether it’s navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, or postpartum struggles. I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach and specialize in helping women during the postpartum period regain emotional balance and peace of mind. My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and supported from day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empowering, and holistic. I take the time to understand your story, your strengths, and what’s getting in the way of your well-being. I believe in combining evidence-based treatment with compassionate care—whether that means exploring medication options, lifestyle changes, or creating space for you to process emotions safely. Your care is always tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they feel more hopeful, emotionally lighter, and more in control after our sessions. You can expect to walk away with greater clarity about your mental health, a personalized care plan, and the tools to manage your symptoms with confidence. Whether you’re looking to reduce overwhelm, improve focus, or find joy again, we’ll work together to get you there.
