Linh Sasser

Hi I am Linh, LPC based out of Oklahoma City and Guthrie. My clients are 16 years through retirement, whose challenges include anything from anxiety, depression, gender and sexual identity, substance abuse, trauma and justice system involved.

Clients who choose to work with me are encouraged to take the lead identifying their changes, empowering them to build their strengths and resources to embrace making the changes they need to make in their lives to find peace and joy in their lives.

My approach includes taking what I have learned through my formal training and life experience to meet clients where they are to help them find the path where they want to be.

It is my hope that all my clients feel seen, heard and have an understanding that they are doing all they can with their skills, knowledge, abilities and experience. Our work together will help clients find relief from their parts that have become overwhelmed, stressed, and hurt.

Clients who have worked with me find their biggest challenge is often with how they view their relationship with themselves.
