Great to meet you!

Everyone deserves to tell their story, and I am ready to hear yours. Within your story are patterns that have repeated, perhaps across generations, that have you feeling stuck and unsure if you can trust your own instincts. Together, we will go through the time-line of your life to find the moments of greatness and strength that will let you see yourself in new ways, rebuild confidence, and take back control of your life. I combine direct and in-depth talk therapy with a whole-body, holistic approach to help you calm your nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and allow you to feel more comfortable moving through the world.

My approach to therapy

My services are designed to best assist clients who are struggling with current or historical interpersonal relationship or family issues, those who are seeking relief from general, mental health distress, and those who are hoping to avoid or reduce the use of psychotropic medications and/or medical interventions.

What you can expect from me

My clients often report feeling significantly better after the first session due to finally feeling heard. We will work in collaboration to take control of your own life-story, helping you make sense of how you arrived where are are, why you might feel stuck, and how to best move ahead. The hardest part of any journey is often taking the first step, and I will walk with you and provide the support you need to find real change.
