Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist that will work well for you is the first step towards discovering skills to improve your overall quality of life. If you are looking for a supportive, holistic approach to feel resourced with anxiety, trauma, and depression, you have come to the right place. I am compassionate, straight-forward, and encourage collaboration. A somatic approach to Internal Family Systems, IFS, facilitates deep healing and change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We will work together to support inner resourcing and resiliency experientially in session. You will practice gently integrating uncomfortable emotions and physical symptoms incorporating breath, muscle relaxation, yoga stretching, bilateral movement, and guided visualization. These techniques are adapted from trauma-informed, somatic modalities - Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor, Polyvagal, EMDR, and Brainspotting.

What you can expect from our first session

You will gain skills from CBT and DBT, to manage symptoms in the short term that facilitate deeper healing with somatic IFS in the long term. You will access increased spaciousness, ease, clarity, and compassion within that supports moving with and through triggers in relationships.
