Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that mental health is essential to living a fulfilling and joyful life. Choosing to prioritize your well-being is a courageous step, and I commend you for being here and putting yourself first. I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult, but taking that first step demonstrates strength and resilience. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with women ages 15 and older who are experiencing stress and other life challenges. I also recognize the important role that faith and spirituality can play in the healing process and welcome the integration of these values into treatment when they are meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized because I believe that every person, experience, and challenge is unique. I work collaboratively with my clients, providing a supportive and nonjudgmental environment while helping them build the skills needed for lasting growth and healing. At the same time, I will gently challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and take meaningful steps toward positive change. When desired, I also welcome incorporating faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process as a source of strength, hope, and healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. I will begin with a comprehensive intake assessment to better understand your history, current concerns, strengths, and goals. This process helps us build a strong foundation and create a personalized treatment plan that supports your unique needs and healing journey.
