Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Dr. Lisa. As an individual, couples and family therapist with 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping folks develop deeper connections and heal from the painful ones. I recognize that no single framework fits every client, so I thoughtfully combine multiple therapeutic modalities to align my work with your unique personality, history, strengths, and goals. Whether you are working to heal communication patterns, resolve conflict, or address something that isn't quite going right for you, I offer a collaborative, secure space where you can feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.

I specialize in the following areas: Couples & Relationships (all types/configurations); Midlife Concerns including Menopause; High Performer & Achievement Stress; Grief, Trauma, and Post-Traumatic Healing; Infidelity & Relational Betrayal; Parenting & Parental Conflict; Adolescent and Adult ADHD/AuDHD and Executive Functioning Concerns, and Substance & Process Addictions in High Functioning Adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in both relational and neuroscientific perspectives. Once I learn about what you're hoping for out of the counseling experience, I'll offer you some treatment options to choose from. I believe that therapy is meant to help you find the best version of yourself and your life. My job is to help you get there.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a guided "getting to know you" session. I'll learn a bit about who you are, what you'd like from therapy, and what you believe will be most helpful for you (if you have a sense of that - it's fine if you don't!). We'll make sure your questions and concerns are answered, and we'll discuss our work together moving forward. Most important, this is a time for us to find our comfort with one another as we settle into this journey together.
