My approach to therapy

I provide individual, family and couples therapy. I work with people to improve their relationships and communication, address occupational concerns and transitions in life. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual at their pace to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth. I strive to help clients achieve their goals and provide quality therapeutic services.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm and accepting environment so you feel comfortable to communicate the challenges you face in your life.
