I provide individual, family and couples therapy. I work with people to improve their relationships and communication, address occupational concerns and transitions in life. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual at their pace to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth. I strive to help clients achieve their goals and provide quality therapeutic services.
I strive to create a warm and accepting environment so you feel comfortable to communicate the challenges you face in your life. If you are having problems with depression, anxiety or relationships, we can work collaboratively to figure out how to help you. I have experience working with children and adults with mood dysregulation and addiction issues.
