Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lisa, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) with 20+ years helping adults and adolescents in hospitals, schools, corrections, outpatient programs, and private practice. Many people come to therapy unsure it will help—or feel guarded or skeptical. That’s completely normal. My goal is to meet you where you are, without pressure or judgment.

My approach to therapy

I combine psychodynamic (insight-oriented), cognitive-behavioral (practical), and trauma-informed methods. Together, we explore both the “why” behind patterns and the “how” to create meaningful change. Therapy isn’t about being analyzed—it’s about understanding yourself in a way that helps you feel and function better.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly. No issue is too big, small, or hard to put into words. You don’t need to have everything figured out—if you’re willing to give therapy a chance, we’ll work through it together at a pace that feels right for you.
