Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lisa Bell, and I’ve spent the last 25 years working with kids and families through some of life’s tougher moments. I enjoy supporting children between ages 3 and 12, and I work to make therapy feel safe, welcoming, and even a little fun—for both kids and parents. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work with children (ages 3+)

and adults.

My approach to therapy

I mostly work in person and use play-based therapy to help kids share what they might not have the words for yet. I also use EMDR and trauma-informed care to support children who’ve been through stressful or confusing experiences. My style is calm, steady, and supportive, and I also have experience working with families where substance use or recovery is part of the picture.

What you can expect from me

Families often leave feeling more confident, connected, and better prepared to handle big emotions and everyday challenges. If you’re looking for someone who will meet your child where they are and support your whole family along the way, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
