Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I believe counseling is one of the best investments a person can make in themselves. Everyone needs a space that feels safe—where you can be honest, feel seen, and explore your story without judgment.

I approach therapy with hope and realism. Healing is possible, and I’ve seen it happen countless times. My goal is to help you get unstuck, identify the roots of patterns that keep repeating, and develop practical tools that move you toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Clients describe me as safe, straightforward, and compassionate. I’m deeply curious about the why behind what’s happening—not just the surface problem but the patterns, beliefs, and experiences underneath.

Our work together will balance insight and action. While we’ll process emotions and explore your story, I’ll also help you build strategies that support long-term growth. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and I’m open-minded, collaborative, and empowering in my approach.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about connection and clarity. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you here, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will be different. I see therapy as a partnership—a team effort—and I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and mapping out a plan that feels both realistic and hopeful. My priority is that you leave our first session feeling heard, respected, and encouraged that change is truly possible.
