Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a trauma informed therapist. I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, and I am licensed in North and South Carolina. I have been in the psychology field since 2012. I work with adults and teens that are navigating challenges such as depression, relationship struggles, parenting stress, domestic violence, and other difficult transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle and supportive, while also being practical and solution focused. I believe healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I help clients build resilience, process painful experiences, and develop tools that make life feel more manageable.

Together, we’ll focus on your strengths while working toward the changes you’d like to see in your life.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll focus on your strengths while working toward the changes you’d like to see in your life. Reaching out for help is an act of courage, and it’s the first step toward healing. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
