Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I believe you are the expert on your own life and the future you want for yourself. My role is to support you, listen to your story, and help you move toward feeling more balanced and at peace. I work to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood, where you can show up just as you are and know you won’t be judged.

My approach to therapy

I meet you where you are and focus on what matters most to you right now. We work as a team to build on your strengths, learn helpful skills, and explore options that may support your mood, stress, or focus when needed. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here. We move at a pace that feels right for you and adjust as your needs change, always keeping your goals at the center of our work together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you and what brought you here. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you hope will be different, and what support might help you move forward. You can share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end of the visit, you should feel heard, supported, and clearer about next steps. If you’re ready to take that first step toward feeling more steady and hopeful, I’d be glad to connect and get started with you.
