Great to meet you!

I'm honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and find greater purpose and well-being. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, down, or just need support, I'm here to meet you where you are. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to help you identify core values, negative beliefs, and unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we'll challenge them by finding alternative ways of thinking. This shifts negative emotions and changes core beliefs while building practical skills and resilience.

I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. I want our time together to be a place where you feel comfortable and safe to openly explore your thoughts and experiences. I love helping people uncover the why behind their thoughts, beliefs, and overall sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, my goal is to get to know you and your story. I strive to create a warm and inviting space to share. We will talk about areas such as your upbringing, social history, relationships, current and past symptoms. At the end of our time together that session, we will make a plan for next steps.
