Great to meet you!

As a Clinical Psychology doctoral candidate at The Chicago School, I am completing advanced training in psychotherapy and psychological assessment. I earned my M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University and also have a strong background in counseling and mental health program development. As the founder of The Skills Group, I have led initiatives promoting wellness for educators, professionals, and community members through counseling, workshops, and skills-based interventions.

I have gained clinical experience in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and educational environments. I work with individuals across the lifespan, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex mental health needs and provide culturally responsive care.

My approach to therapy

Guided by a belief in creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental therapeutic space, I partner with my clients to help them develop practical coping skills, foster resilience, and move toward meaningful personal growth.

My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, and trauma recovery, and the intersection of mental health. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while drawing on my understanding of cultural and systemic influences.

What you can expect from me

Starting with the first session and throughout our journey together my clients can expect, to build a therapeutic alliance, in a safe collaborative environment.
