Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I bring many years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life challenges, mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, grief, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and centered on your individual needs. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices. I specialize in working with women, individuals experiencing substance use or mental health concerns, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you recognize your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to accomplish, and any concerns or challenges you’re currently experiencing. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a plan that supports your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
