Great to meet you!

If you're considering therapy, you may feel that you're not operating at your best, finding life transitions and changes difficult to navigate, wanting to emerge your faith into your mental health, having unfulfilled relationships, feeling shame & guilt during your postpartum season, or generally feeling anxious, hopeless, or frustrated without knowing why.

Feelings like these are more common than you think, and therapy can help you move forward in life. I believe that we all deserve a life that is worth living. The tools to the life you desire is within you.

My specialities include all women's issues, relationship and/or singleness, perinatal and postpartum, grief and loss, life transitions, and Christian therapy. Feel free to contact me for a FREE 15 minute consultation call if you would like to explore how therapy can be beneficial in your life.

My approach to therapy

I always say therapy is like a good pair of shoes; it has to fit! So, my approach is to cultivate a good working relationship, safe space, and help you discover a deeper understanding and meaning in your life. My goal is to partner with you to new ways of thinking, existing, and living.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feelings lighter, clearer, more in control, and regulated after having sessions with me. During our initial sessions, we will delve into the issues at hand and create a plan that works for you. My goal is to get to know you as a person and lift some of the weight you've been carrying. Most of my clients appreciate my conversational style.
