Great to meet you!

I provide a non-judgmental, empowering space where clients feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. My work blends over two decades of experience in mental health, human resources, and leadership, integrating practical insight with compassion and balance. If you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or the challenges of entrepreneurship, therapy can help you find clarity, alignment, and renewed confidence in yourself and your path.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process of discovery and direction. Together, we identify where you are, clarify where you’d like to be, and chart a path that feels purposeful and achievable. Each session offers space to reflect, release, and recalibrate—so that insight becomes action and change feels possible. My approach invites curiosity, honesty, and self-compassion as we uncover the patterns that keep you stuck and strengthen the tools that move you forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is guided by inquiry and exploration. It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and begin mapping what’s happening beneath the surface—what’s working, what feels off, and what change might look like. Through thoughtful questions and conversation, we begin to uncover direction, clarity, and priorities for the work ahead. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of both the process and the partnership we’ll build together.
