Great to meet you!

I believe that the healing space happens when someone feels safe, seen, and respected. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded, while also being able to challenge and empower my clients. I bring both clinical and real-world understanding into sessions. So, whether you are feeling stuck, over-whelmed, or just ready for a change, we will move at a pace that not only honors you, but provides you with the tools you will need to continue on your personal healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is one of compassion and accountability. My goal is to create a space that is safe and supportive; allowing you the opportunity to look honestly at patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I am trauma-informed, strength-based, and grounded. I integrate-evidence based practices with practical real world change that feels sustainable-not overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, conversation-based space, where we focus on what your unique goals and circumstances are. We collaborate on what it is you hope to gain from therapy as well as any questions you may have about myself and my therapy approaches. By the end of the session it is my goal that you feel welcomed and eager to begin your healing journey with me as your guide. You will leave with an understanding of where our journey may take you as well as the accomplishments you may achieve on the way.
