Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned behavioral health leader, clinician, and educator with over a decade of experience advancing trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, and community-centered wellness solutions. I am the Founder and Clinical Director of Synergie of Wellness L3C, a holistic wellness practice grounded in the belief that healing requires the alignment of mind, body, and soul.

I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) with advanced degree (PhD ABD) in Psychology. I have a blended expertise in trauma, addiction, behavioral science, and forensic evaluation which affords me the ability to provide deeply informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care to individuals and families while navigating complex emotional, psychological, and systemic challenges.

I integrate my clinical expertise with holistic wellness practices to help individuals reconnect with family, and create intentional change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with the belief that healing requires the alignment of the mind, body, and soul. Her work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed framework that honors each client’s lived experience while supporting them in developing the insight, resilience, and emotional balance needed for sustainable change.

I view each client through a lens of compassion, cultural humility, and deep respect for their unique story

My approach emphasizes:

· Emotional regulation and nervous-system stabilization

· Building healthy attachment, safety, and trust

· Understanding the impact of trauma and past

experiences

· Enhancing self-awareness and personal agency

· Exploring the mind–body connection in healing

· Supporting clients through transitions, addiction, and

recovery

· Empowerment, clarity, and intentional choices

I create a therapeutic environment that is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply attuned.

My philosophy is simple:

Healing becomes possible when we honor the whole person — mind, body, and soul — and work in synergy toward change.
