Great to meet you!

Hi there!

My name is Liz and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing evidence-based therapy to individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings and with a variety of folks to include the unhoused, folks struggling with substance use disorders, teens, and young children in the inpatient setting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is embedded in creating a supportive therapeutic relationship, where individuals can explore challenges, develop insight, and build effective coping strategies that can be utilized in their day to day life. I modify therapy to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals to help folks get the most out of their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During a session you will find I am very inquisitive and like to explore with each client their personalized goals for treatment. I often start sessions exploring the purpose for the meeting and building a structure that supports individuals in expanding their cognitive flexibility and identifying their desired outcomes for the session.
