I am a trauma focused therapist that is passionate about helping people identify triggers, barriers, or hang ups that are preventing them from living their most fulfilled and happiest life. I offer supportive insights and tools to assist clients in their life journey toward their identified goals. I enjoy utilizing creative techniques and tools in treatment such as narrative or art therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am trauma focused and trained and have many years experience working with children and families and adults across the lifespan. I offer a warm and supportive but direct approach to counseling and encourage clients to identify the steps that they want or need to take to live the most fulfilled and healthy life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will gather history, discuss symptoms and reasons for coming into therapy. We may began to explore goals and what you hope to gain from beginning counseling.
