Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. I offer a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges. Therapy with me is thoughtful and client-centered, tailored to your unique strengths, needs, and goals. My hope is to help you feel supported, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, systems-informed approach, seeing each person within the context of their relationships and community. Blending humanistic, person-centered therapy with trauma-focused CBT, I work alongside clients to build insight, coping skills, and tools to navigate life with confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to connect and explore what brings you to therapy. I focus on understanding your strengths, concerns, and goals, creating a warm, trusting space where you feel heard and supported as we work together toward growth, healing, and meaningful relationships.
