Great to meet you!

I work with teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and pressure from school, sports, family, work or within. Many appear put together but feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or never “enough.” You may find that you struggle to slow down, set boundaries, or feel burnt out. In therapy, we create a safe space to understand what’s happening internally, reduce overwhelm, and shift patterns so you feel more grounded, confident, and less driven by pressure.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand the different parts of themselves—like the parts that push you to achieve, the parts that feel overwhelmed, or the parts that try to protect you from difficult emotions.

If you’re used to holding it all together, focusing on yourself may feel unfamiliar. You might question if therapy is necessary, yet something isn’t working. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand yourself, and feel less alone in it. If this resonates, I would love to connect and see if I'm the right fit for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your goals for therapy, and important parts of your background. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Many clients also use the first session to ask questions about the therapy process and what working together might look like. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can help.
