Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a supportive and collaborative process where you feel truly seen, valued, and understood. I am a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), and have experience working with a wide variety of clients ranging from ages 16 to 100 who are facing challenges such as, ADHD, anxiety, depression, major life changes, or difficulties in relationships. My style is warm, grounded, practical, and enthusiastic when needed! I will meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that aligns with your goals and feels manageable over time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in your unique strengths. I incorporate trauma-informed, evidence-based practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and relational work to support deeper self-understanding, meaningful change, and stronger connections. I provide a person-centered approach offering honest reflection, curiosity, and practical tools along the way. Our sessions are always shaped by your values, your pace, and what feels most important to you.

What you can expect from me

I work to create a space that feels warm, open, and safe, somewhere you can be yourself without pressure or judgment. I’ll be focused on understanding what matters most to you. Whether you come to therapy with specific goals or simply with the goal to explore and understand, we’ll find a path forward that feels aligned with the life you’re hoping to build.
