Hi there. My name is Lolitia Medley. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan and the State of Tennessee. I have earned a Master of Arts degree from Ashland University (OH); and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Traumatology from Liberty University (VA). I have extensive training and experience working with those who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, and high levels of stress.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and person-centered. Each client and session is different based upon what is needed at the moment.

What you can expect from me

One of my goals is to build a good rapport with each of my clients. Another is to create an atmosphere where my clients feel safe and well respected. I want each of my clients to walk away from sessions feeling heard and valued.
