Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who feel overwhelmed internally. On the outside, it may look like you’re holding everything together, but inside you’re dealing with overthinking, burnout, emotional flooding, or patterns you can’t quite explain.

I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, trauma, relationship stress, and sleep issues. I offer CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) to help retrain sleep patterns. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your brain and nervous system so things start to make sense and change becomes possible.

Clients often say they appreciate having a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and build practical tools that actually work in daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and insight-focused. Many people come to therapy feeling frustrated with themselves for reacting in ways they don’t fully understand.

Together, we explore how your nervous system, past experiences, and thought patterns shape those responses. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed therapy, and incorporate CBT-I for sleep when relevant.

I believe therapy should feel clear and applicable, not confusing. I explain what’s happening psychologically so you can better understand yourself and use what you learn in real life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what has been feeling most difficult lately. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will feel different moving forward.

I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions so you know what to expect.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to finally talk openly and begin making sense of patterns that previously felt confusing or overwhelming.
