Great to meet you!

I am a dually licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) who takes an integrative, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to therapy. I draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and liberation psychology to meet each client where they are and tailor our work to their individual needs, experiences, and goals.

I work with adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood and stress-related disorders, PTSD and complex PTSD, personality disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use and addiction. My dual licensure allows me to look at mental health and chemical health together, recognizing how interconnected these experiences can be.

Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can be a space to slow down, find your footing, and explore a path forward that feels authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, genuine, compassionate, and practical. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you build insight, develop healthier coping skills, reconnect with your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I also bring an understanding of the ways trauma, relationships, culture, and broader systems can shape our experiences and wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a genuine connection and establish a foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work toward, and what you would like support with, while beginning to get to know one another at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I also want you to have space to ask questions, share what you need from a therapist, and get a sense of my approach and style. Finding the right therapeutic fit matters, and our first session is as much about you getting to know me as it is about me getting to know you.

There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before we begin. We’ll start where you are and work together to create a foundation that feels safe, collaborative, and supportive.
