Great to meet you!

Real, Conversational Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety & Feeling Stuck

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to have the “right words” to start therapy. You can show up unsure, overwhelmed, or even a little avoidant—and we’ll figure it out together.

I work especially well with people who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand yet. Maybe you shut down, avoid things that stress you out, or make choices that feel easier in the moment but frustrating later. That doesn’t make you a bad person—it usually means your brain learned how to cope in a way that once made sense.

My style is conversational, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental. Therapy with me doesn’t feel like being analyzed—it feels like talking things through with someone who’s paying close attention and helping you connect the dots.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and the ripple effects they can have on self-worth, relationships, and daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is low-pressure. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what feels hardest, and what you’re hoping for—without expecting you to share everything all at once.
