Great to meet you!

As a licensed counselor, I am deeply committed to ensuring a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to help them as they navigate life’s challenges. Allow me to help you to feel seen.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with adults coming into their own and creative types, often using an eclectic approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will often pull from other modalities, such as motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and humanistic.

I welcome the opportunity to help you on your journey to accomplishing your goals.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients feel empowered to commit to and reach their personal goals.
