Great to meet you!

Hello brave individual! First off, I am so proud of you for seeking help and guidance, this is not an easy step and I hope you are proud of yourself too.

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2015, my Master of Social Work degree from University of Connecticut in 2016 and recently pursued my Doctorate of Social Work degree from Simmons University in 2023.

I work with individuals from various walks of life who are 18 years old and over.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors when it comes to the potential success of therapy. I work hard to build a trusting relationship and am intentional about creating a comfortable and safe space.

My approach to therapy is solution-focused, goal-oriented, client-centered, and trauma-informed.

What you can expect from me

Goals and treatment objectives will be discussed and outlined collaboratively. As a therapist and a patient, we are a team with assigned roles and expectations. We will work together to help you achieve autonomy and relief within your individual circumstances.
