Great to meet you!

As an LCMHC and psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability. Seeking help can be one of the hardest steps, so congratulations on taking it! I’ve been practicing for 5 years, but in the last decade, I have shifted my main focus to female and male clients aged 15-75 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health symptoms.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. I want us to communicate openly and for you to feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
