Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner with over nine years of experience. Throughout my career, I've cared for people facing eating disorders, complex medical conditions, and the mental health challenges that often accompany them. With additional certifications in ADHD and trauma care, I'd love to walk alongside you as you work through anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or the stress that life sometimes piles on.

My approach to therapy

I take time to get to know you and to decide on treatment together, because I believe care works best as a partnership. Alongside medication, I also like to offer options like supplements and lifestyle changes, so we can build a plan that supports your whole well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is all about getting to know you—your story, your concerns, and your goals—at a pace that feels comfortable. Together we'll start building a plan that fits your life, so you leave feeling heard and with a clear sense of next steps.
