Great to meet you!

I am a Dr. of Behavioral Health (DBH) and am licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC)

I am licensed in Oklahoma, New Jersey, and Florida

My approach to therapy

I have a passion to help people overcome trials of life, discover grace and acceptance, and come to terms with their shortcomings without feeling condemnation. My aim is to help people learn how to be hospitable rather than exist in a state of hostility or loneliness. While we cannot change our past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the resulting challenges in our life. We all share a common need to express emotions and learn new ways to cope effectively.

What you can expect from me

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or are ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals.

By applying very effective therapy approaches, we can discover long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that are holding you back.
