I provide services throughout the state of Hawai’i, all islands are welcomed! I know finding a therapist can be a daunting task. I hope this profile will help you take the first step in prioritizing your emotional wellbeing to live a more meaningful life. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between you and I. My approach to therapy is focused on the unique needs of the individual and/or the family from a person-centered/ humanistic lens. My therapeutic foundation is centered on my cultural background, and built upon the platform of Lōkahi.

It takes courage to seek help. I prioritize the "safe space" concept by providing a respectful, welcoming, non-judgmental environment to allow individuals and families to have authenticity in each session. Together we will address the challenges and create a plan to achieve emotional wellbeing and improve quality of life.
