Great to meet you!

If you're ready to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, build greater trust in yourself, and begin making choices that move you toward a life that feels meaningful and true to who you are, I'd enjoy working together. I'm grateful to have helped hundreds of clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, sexual orientation/gender issues, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. Drawing from extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as person-centered approaches and CBT, I bring a holistic wellness lens to our work. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Supervisor. and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I received my Masters degree from UNC-Charlotte, and my Bachelors degree from UF (Go Gators).

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work toward reducing distress, strengthening resilience, and creating lasting change—not simply helping you feel better, but helping you feel more capable, hopeful, and empowered in your life. You can expect a collaborative process where you feel heard and see real improvement in your life. I look forward to beginning our work together!
