Great to meet you!

Therapy is hard, and so is living with difficulties in your mental health. My goal is to make therapy less difficult, emotional, and frightening and to get work done that will make you feel whole again.

My journey into mental health began after a young adulthood filled with difficulty and the memories that accompanied that experience. My own counseling journey, college careers, and field experiences taught me you don't have to live in those feelings forever and led me on a journey of self-discovery and self-exploration, which led to a stronger version of self. My goal is to help you on the same journey whether you are being seen for anxiety, anger, addictions, or depression.

I have been in the mental health field since 2013 working my way up from mental health tech in a large hospital in TX and a crisis work in a county jail in TX to counseling in Oregon and now Nevada. I work with trauma, anxiety, OCD, panic attack, addiction related to pornography, depression, and grief. I mainly work with adults but am open to other populations if consulted first to make sure it will be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

During therapy we will spend time getting to know each other, learn about journey and what your goals are for therapy, this is a relationship in which I need information so I can help make the best version of you. Therapy will focus on reaching goals, managing stressors, and helping you form self-care and strategies to manage your situation.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel validated and heard, I don't judge during these sessions it is a safe place for you to unload your burdens and pick up some tips along the way, In addition, it is a place to process the bad stuff and work toward good safe coping skills, better mindset, and better strategies to handle your journey.

If no time fits your need please message me and see if we can find a time works for us.
