Great to meet you!

Patients have always told me I am a good listener and you will find my approach warm and compassionate with a focus on positive outcomes. My approach to medication management is lets "start low and go slow" but lets also look at what else is happening in your life like sleep, work, relationships, stress and diet. I am a mature, seasoned professional who has lived a full life and am a human being just like everyone I treat, This is a no judgement zone!

My approach to therapy

I am not one size fits all practitioner. I take the time to gather information and make sure we have the right diagnosis to create an effective treatment plan. An effective treatment plan is always the least amount of medication ( if needed) to achieve the desired result and will always be holistic . I truly practice the "lets start low and go slow" when it comes to medications and will not keep anyone on a medication that is not working.

What you can expect from me

I am an experienced provider who is not only well educated in holistic and pharmacological treatment but provides warm and compassionate care .
