Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I've been working in this field since 2016. I have worked extensively with PTSD. I also work with mood disorders and dissociative disorders, in addition to anxiety and major depressive disorder. I believe in supporting the individual and strive to help you live by your own values, not the values of others.

My approach to therapy

I truly enjoy counseling. I have learned incredible life skills throughout my own counseling journey, and I believe it is important to pass it on. Do you want to learn practical skills to use for daily stress? Do you need a safe place to just talk and sort things out? Is there any part of your life that has become unmanageable? Well, I am ready to help.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to learn skills to cope with anxiety, depression, anger, geif, fear, and more. Most importantly, therapy helps you build confidence and empowerment to live your life on your terms.
