If you are aware that you need to work on something, follow that prompt & get the support you need. This is the time to work through it and reclaim your freedom.

My approach to therapy

I work with people who are ready to stop living on autopilot and address the patterns that no longer serve them. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I may also draw on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other therapeutic approaches as needed.

Viktor E. Frankl wrote, "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." Change may feel uncomfortable - and - you do not have to work alone. Let's work together toward fresh awareness & new skills. Invest in yourself, your wellness, and your future

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where your experiences, strengths, and goals are valued. In the first three or four sessions, we will focus on building trust and rapport—this foundation is essential for meaningful therapeutic work. During this time, I’ll get to know you and what matters most to you. We will identify the areas of your life you'd like to focus on and refine treatment plan goals so that they accurately reflect your unique strengths and your needs.

Clients who are willing to work outside of therapy sessions as well as inside therapy sessions will see the most profound and long lasting change. The work you do outside of therapy—whether it’s practicing a new skill, journaling, or simply noticing patterns—can make a powerful difference in your healing.
