Great to meet you!

You don't have to be the strong one all the time.

If you're constantly overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, putting everyone else's needs before your own, or struggling to find balance between work, relationships, family, and your own well-being, therapy can give you a place to finally slow down and focus on yourself.

I'm Lourdes Conde, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with 8 years of experience. I work with adults—particularly women—who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, grief, life transitions, and difficulty setting boundaries.

I believe you deserve a therapeutic space where you can be honest without feeling judged, understood without having to explain everything, and supported without being told to simply "get over it."

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I don't believe therapy should be about simply talking about what's wrong—I want our work together to help you understand yourself, recognize patterns, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change in your everyday life.

I tailor therapy to your individual needs using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, strengths-based interventions, and other appropriate therapeutic strategies.

For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian faith-integrated counseling, incorporating faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process while honoring your individual beliefs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling heard, understood, and equipped—not simply emotionally drained.

Together, we may work on:

• Managing anxiety, panic, and overthinking • Building confidence and improving self-esteem • Setting boundaries without guilt • Breaking patterns of people-pleasing and perfectionism • Healing from difficult or traumatic experiences • Improving communication and relationships • Managing stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm • Navigating motherhood, relationships, career changes, grief, and other life transitions • Developing healthier coping and emotional-regulation skills • Reconnecting with who you are beyond the roles and responsibilities you carry

You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We will begin where you are, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and work together toward a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, confident, and authentic.

You have spent enough time taking care of everyone else. Therapy can be a space where you learn to care for yourself, too.
