Great to meet you!

You don't have to keep carrying it all alone.

Do you find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or putting everyone else's needs before your own? Maybe you're successful on the outside but silently battling stress, self-doubt, burnout, or the weight of past experiences. Perhaps you're struggling in your relationships, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and you don't have to navigate it by yourself.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving clients throughout Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients throughout Oregon. I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries.

My passion is helping people move beyond simply surviving. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen your emotional resilience, and help you develop practical tools so you can experience greater peace, confidence, and fulfillment in your daily life.

Whether you're facing a difficult season, healing from childhood wounds, working through relationship struggles, or learning how to manage anxiety that feels impossible to quiet, therapy can become a place where lasting change begins.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both compassionate and effective.

My style is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported while also helping you make meaningful progress toward the life you want.

Because every person is different, I tailor treatment to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based interventions. When requested, I also offer Christian faith-integrated counseling for clients who would like to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.

Our work together may focus on:

• Reducing anxiety, panic, and chronic worry

• Quieting overthinking and racing thoughts

• Healing from trauma and difficult life experiences

• Improving self-esteem and confidence

• Creating healthy boundaries without guilt

• Strengthening communication and relationships

• Managing stress and preventing burnout

• Navigating life transitions with greater clarity

• Developing healthier coping skills and emotional regulation

• Building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

During our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is for every session to leave you feeling understood, encouraged, and equipped with practical strategies you can begin using in everyday life.

I believe healing is possible. You are not defined by your anxiety, your past, your mistakes, or the difficult season you're walking through. With the right support, meaningful growth and lasting change are absolutely within reach.

If you're ready to invest in yourself and create a life with greater peace, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and renewed confidence, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
