Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Loveth, and mental health care is truly my calling. Growing up, I watched people I love deeply struggle, and I knew I wanted to be part of the solution, not just a bystander. That personal experience shapes everything I do and why I genuinely care about every single person who walks through my door. In my background, I've worked with those struggling to keep up with their day-to-day, ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other life struggles. I work with kids, teenagers, and young adults, and no matter who you are or where you're coming from, you matter here. Every client I see gets my full presence and attention, because to me, you are the most important person in the room.

My approach to therapy

I believe good care starts with truly meeting you where you are, not where I think you should be. My approach is holistic and person-centered, meaning I look at your emotional, mental, and overall well-being as one connected picture. I take time to understand your story, your values, and what matters most to you, and I weave all of that into a care plan that actually fits your life. Everything I do is grounded in evidence-based practices, but it never feels clinical or cold, because compassion and respect are always at the center. You will always feel seen, heard, and treated with the dignity you deserve.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just about us getting to know each other, so please come as you are. I will take things at your pace. There is no pressure and no judgment, just a genuine conversation about you and what you need. Together we will start to identify your goals and think through what your path forward might look like. By the time we wrap up, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter and a lot more hopeful.
