Hi, I’m Luciana Nelson, owner & founder of Inner Peace Coaching & Counseling. My passion for helping others has been the guiding force throughout my personal & professional journey. I bring a well-rounded perspective to my practice and provide and warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I take a holistic, empowering, and solution-focused approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward with confidence. My specialty is trauma therapy, and I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, but I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Your first session is a chance to share your story in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My goal is to support you in finding clarity, strength, and resilience and I look forward to working with you on your journey toward Inner Peace!
