Great to meet you!

🌟 Compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Provider 🌟

With 16 years of diverse nursing experience, I offer a unique blend of expertise and empathy in my role as a psychiatric-mental health provider. My understanding of grief, pain, loss, trauma, and depression comes not only from my professional qualifications but also from my personal journey as a cancer survivor as well as the experience of losing my beloved son, an Airman who was only 20 years old.

My approach to therapy

💼 Professional Philosophy: Rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, my approach to psychiatric-mental health care is informed by both my professional expertise and personal experiences. Drawing from my diverse nursing background and my own journey through adversity, I am adept at creating a therapeutic environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported on their path to healing. I am able to provide evidence-based care and compassionate treatment options for my clients.

What you can expect from me

🌈 Vision for the Future: My vision is to serve as a beacon of hope and healing for individuals grappling with mental health challenges. Through genuine connection, personalized care and a commitment to holistic well-being, I aim to empower my clients to navigate life's complexities with resilience, strength, and renewed vitality.

If you are seeking compassionate support on your journey to mental wellness, I am here to accompany you every step of the way.
