Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, children, adolescents, and families through challenging life experiences. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected without judgment. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, emotional difficulties, or other concerns that are affecting their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship and family concerns, emotional difficulties, and other challenges that may interfere with their ability to feel their best. I use evidence-based therapeutic strategies while taking into consideration each person’s unique experience.

What you can expect from me

I offer virtual therapy to adults and teens who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and parent and child conflict. You can expect me to listen carefully, work collaboratively with you, and recognize that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will identify your concerns, explore patterns that may be affecting your emotional well-being, and develop realistic goals that reflect what you want to accomplish in therapy.
